Task

To hold a lunch of TM Vodafone Ukraine. Introduce the new Vodafone Ukraine TM to key customers of MTS Ukraine. To convey the main values ​​and opportunities of the new brand in Ukraine.

Conduct a light show presentation of the company’s new tariffs and services among key mobile subscribers in Ukraine

Solution

To implement this task, the team of the agency has developed and proposed platforms for a show presentation that meets all the requirements of the new brand. Together with the customer it was decided, as part of the brand presentation, to demonstrate and launch new unique tariffs for Ukraine, therefore, to avoid risks of information leakage, the parties decided to prepare and organize the event as soon as possible – to implement the event for 7 days.

In addition to communication and inviting all players in the telecommunications market, the agency was tasked with implementing a turnkey event – from writing a script and organizing logistics and catering for guests, floristics, to developing the design of video content, designing and creating a unique seamless scene, developing lighting and a video of the presentation.

On the day of the event, more than 600 high-ranking guests from the business segment – telecom and media market, as well as representatives of ministries and state departments of Ukraine were present at the presentation of the company’s new tariffs and services. 7 main areas with a total area of ​​about 2000 sq.m. holding a festive buffet with the culminating dj-show. At the end of the event, each guest was presented with unique, set by the agency gift sets from the developed paverbenki limited line, which emphasized the slogan of the company “Power to you”.
