Task

On the cashless payment market, dominated by Google Pay and Apple Pay, no one heard of Vodafone Pay. This digital wallet from Vodafone has made any payment cashless and painless.

But in the crowded market and with a minimal budget, we needed something incredible to launch the service.

Solution

The first cashless bazaar in Ukraine.
During the shopping season in December, we took one of the most advantageous places to pay in cash and made it cashless for one day.

The Vodafone Pay chatbot helped individual vendors to seamlessly administer cashless payments. The Vodafone Pay app made buyers completely forget about cash and wallets!

Result

  • Customers downloaded and used the Vodafone Pay app in just one day - more than 3,000.
  • Vendor sales increased 6 times compared to "cash" days.
  • Each cashless buyer saved up to 12 minutes of their time.
