Task

Poltava GOK, also known as Ferrexpo Poltava Mining, is the company that controls the largest mining and processing quarry in Ukraine and throughout the Eurasian region. Recently, our Vodafone partners introduced an innovative technological solution there – Private Networks e-LTE for smart quarries of Poltava and Yeristovsky GOK. To present a fully automated quarry, Vodafone decided to organize a press tour, which invited journalists from the best media in Ukraine. We were faced with the task of organizing it under quarantine restrictions.

Solution

Our decisions developed in two directions: organizational and creative. First of all, we created a unique project identity and exclusive merch, as well as a unique project presentation design. We also edited videos for the introductory part of the press tour.
Organizationally, we took care of the transfer from the city of departure to the industrial facility and back and took care of the best accommodation of journalists, found a technical solution for high-quality reproduction of the speakers’ voices and organized photography.

Result

• An interesting and comfortable press tour was organized to demonstrate the client's technological solution in smart quarries.
