Task

HP is a modern company that needs modern solutions in every aspect of work – in particular, in the organization of events and presentations. Accordingly, the company contacted us with a request for an online presentation of products and solutions under quarantine restrictions.

Solution

We created a private online broadcast for potential and regular customers and presented products and new solutions online, given the limitations of offline events. In order for the event to take place with the maximum number of visitors, we personally sent invitations to guests by e-mail. Together with the creative department, we created captions, screensavers, agendas. We also developed a clear timing of the speakers, hired a moderator to interact with the speakers and participants, and made sure that the event

In addition, before the event, we sent participants branded presentation boxes with goodies, which participants were able to taste during the online broadcast.

Result

• We have created a unique online broadcast featuring customer speakers and guest speakers for the entertainment part.
