Task

Develop a proposal for the format of participation in the Kyiv Media Week conference and implement it in a short time (10 working days). Develop a logo and POSM materials for the conference. Provide technical equipment for the conference and support of the conference itself.

Solution

As part of the Kiev Media Week 2014 conference, the agency proposed a format of live discussion with the audience, where during the presentation of the speaker on stage were the so-called experts who asked and listened to the audience.

To emphasize the manufacturability and modernity of the company “Will-Cable”, all presentations were made using a tablet and displayed on two screens using wireless technology.
Since our task was to organize the conference not on behalf of the company “Volia-Cable”, we developed the logo of the conference and together with the client developed a plan of the conference itself.

Result

• There were two working weeks for the preparation of the whole project, during which the agency was able to: - Develop a concept that would meet all the wishes of the client. - to offer the optimal format and design of the hall according to the client's budget. - Develop and make all POSM materials on time. - Propose a technical solution and implement it "excellently". - An additional advantage: the products of the company "Volia-Cable" were successfully used in the design of the hall.
